Richard Hathaway's Story

My name is Richard Hathaway and I am a family law attorney. I have been a family law attorney for almost 20 years. Before starting Hathaway Law Group, I was a partner in another law firm that primarily handled and litigated divorce and family cases. I have handled cases that have had very complex facts, significantly involved financial issues and property, and of course, highly emotional custody matters. Suffice it to say I am comfortable as a divorce and family law attorney.
